Amish Yumazuti
1 pound ground beef
1/2 onion- diced
2 stalks celery- diced
1 TBS garlic- minced
2 cups shredded cheese
1 can petite diced tomatoes with liquid
1 can diced mushrooms- drained
2 cans cream of chicken soup
basil, parsley and oregano to taste
1 12 oz box of whole grain rotini or penne pasta
extra pureed or diced veggies as you prefer- I get all Jessica Seinfeld with this recipe and throw in frozen pureed veggie cubes, chopped spinach, and ground flax seed!Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Cook pasta according to package directions
Brown beef with onions, celery and garlic- throw in frozen veggie cubes to melt
Reserve 1/2 cup of cheese. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a 9×13 baking dish sprayed with PAM. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes. Let stand 5-10 minutes before serving.
